Psychology and meditation workshop: taichi.

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient martial art of meditation that reduces stress and anxiety while improving the flexibility of the body and balance with the mind.

It consists of the execution of exercises that are carried out slowly and smoothly, with it you can work all the muscles of the body, increasing strength, flexibility and balance. It is effective in improving physical condition, in treating circulatory diseases and even in delaying aging. The particularity of this discipline consists in harmoniously combining the three fundamentals on which it is based, which are body movements, mental concentration and conscious breathing.
